A change of name/address may be recorded for trademark registrations only.
Documents required: Power of attorney, legalized; and official certificate evidencing the change of name/address, legalized

Merger

A merger may be recorded for trademark registrations only.
Documents required: Power of attorney, legalized; certificate of merger, legalized; and original certificate of registration of the mark for endorsement.
